The material for this project comes from the project "Rag". The original image is the Tarlatan that I use to get the excess ink off the surface of the photogravure copper plates before printing them. When they hold too much ink they are usually thrown away like useless old rags. 

With the same method as in the project "Hidden Dimension" an original image is mirrored vertically, these two images are then mirrored horizontally and combined to a single image. This rearrangement can only be done in four ways if balance and symmetry are to be maintained. 

From the four edges of the original photograph, four different works of art emerge, each unique.
